All pillows may be exchanged within 60 days of shipment for online purchases, and within 30 days of purchase for in store purchases.  Return shipping for online exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. In order to qualify for exchange, pillows must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.  

 

Exchanges may take place online or in store.  For online exchanges please send us an email indicating your invoice number and telephone number and one of our associates will contact you within 24 hours to make arrangements for an exchange or credit.  All shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Fluffy For Life Guarantee

 

We guarantee the fluffiness of our pillows for life.  If your pillow flattens by more than two inches, simply give us a call to make arrangements for us to ship you a new pillow, free of charge.  Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.  This guarantee is void if care instructions are not followed.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location.  Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping with be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If an item goes on back order we will contact you for instructions on whether you would like us to shop you the part of your order that is in stock and the balance when the item becomes available, or whether you would like us to ship the entire order when all items are available.
